Bringing more than 15 years’ bartending experience at various luxury venues on the French Riviera, Damien has an intuitive sense for mixology and has mastered the rules of luxury gastronomy to perfection. His cocktails are layered with complex flavours that explode on the palate from the very first sip.
Forever one step ahead of the latest trends, he always delivers the wow factor with his innovative cocktails!

Nicolas was Damien’s assistant bartender at the last five-star establishment they worked at together in the PACA region. Realising they made such a great team, the pair of mixologists soon came up with the idea of Luxury Drink.
Nicolas has a genuine passion for mixology and is constantly seeking out new flavour sensations. As he likes to say, making a cocktail is about fusing a delicate blend of flavours to create the nicest of surprises!

Théotime brings over five years’ experience as a bartender at a host of luxury establishments.
Trained by us, he has proven himself to be a highly talented mixologist.
He loves to lead our cocktail master classes and share his passion for cocktail-making. With his infectious smile, he promises to make your event unforgettable.

Our resident globetrotter Nicolas has over 10 years of experience as head bartender at a number of prestigious venues on the French Riviera via St. Barts.
His natural enthusiasm for mixology is enhanced by his meticulous eye for detail. He approaches each cocktail with the skill of a jeweller, crafting that special gem from the finest raw materials.

Before joining us, Stéphane spent three years working in luxury establishments. Not only is he fast and nimble behind the bar, his service is second to none.
Stéphane oversees the bar like a conductor leading an orchestra, his experience and skill combining to raise his cocktail-making game to an art form.
Always effortlessly cheerful and full of energy, your guests will love him as much as we do.

Last but by no means least, Aurore is the talented firecracker in our team! Her smile and natural elegance make her the perfect addition to your event.
